The DAN Student Membership Program is unique and free to all entry-level divers. As soon as you register to become a student member, you'll receive many valuable benefits, including up to $20,000 recompression treatment insurance. DAN provides this program as part of our non-profit mission objectives to help and support all divers.

In addition to $20,000 recompression treatment insurance, student members will receive:
- DAN Student Membership Card
- DAN Emergency Info Tag to display your card, which includes your emergency contact information
- Giant Stride, the official magazine of the DAN Student Membership Program
- Coverage for up to six months, or until you complete your last check-out dive, whichever comes first
- Invaluable peace of mind and support during your first underwater experiences
Becoming a DAN Student Member is easy. To get started, complete the online enrollment form.
